Front office staff has always friendly and helpful and waiting times have always been reasonable. I’d recommend them anytime! Not only the primary care team, but also the PT and nutrition services they offer!"

"Horrible customer service all around. I tried scheduling online and “Priscilla Delgado, The provider has not indicated any specific availability.” So I could not schedule an appointment. Therefore I called and the “lady”who answered I gave her my date of birth and told her that I was referred by my cardiologist and she put me on hold and then apparently another lady answered as if I was disregarded by the first lady. Honestly I was annoyed and my response was what happened to the information I already gave to the person who put me on hold, after that “the connection was lost” Really. Get it together HEB wellness. Looking for a different route."

"Horrible system. You have to reschedule if you're 5 minutes past your appointment time. They don't tell you this upfront, so how would anyone know. Every doctors office has a 15 minute time. Extremely disappointed by this team and their lack of compassion or understanding."
