"I’m finishing my acute phase and things have been going very well. The staff are compassionate and professional. The facility is clean and nicely decorated, and I have had no issues. Which really says a lot being that you tend to run into issues when dealing with mental health related services. But everyone has been very accommodating and awesome! "I chose not to go with heading health. The practitioner I had was unapproachable and out right rude at times. She made me feel worthless as If i didn't already feel that way. I wen't with Taconic Psychiatry and Mrs. Ferillio was amazing and made me feel like a somebody. heading takes an approach of " well see what insurance pays for" while Taconic is transparent with their pricing. Hope yall have better luck with them than i did."
