"Well, This five star review is based solely on the great customer service. I went in for my appointment and I had recently had things done on my face that prevented me from being able to keep my appointment that day that I should have realized myself beforehand. However, Terry was very gracious in rescheduling my appointment even though I know my time slot was an hour and a half of her time. She did not even charge a rebooking fee, which they have absolutely been fair. I just really appreciate the good customer service and I haven’t even had the actual facial and body service performed yet. I’m going back!"
