"Worst experience I've had with a clinic. Came in for an appointment paid out of pocket. They do not care about you or your medical concerns. I spent more time completing forms than speaking with the Dr. My appointment went like this.. Hello, pay $150, completed forms, spoke to nurse assistant, completed more forms, Dr came in prescribed me medication. Didn't ask a lot of questions, no labs.. Nothing. Almost scary to think a practice is ran this way. I will be reporting this!"
