"THE best doctor we have found. I am 83 years old and he was our doctor since 1994 when my parents saw him. However after three years of no visits because of moving to Bowie and not being sick enough for the drive that we are considered NEW patients and the front desk 'girl' said he doesn't take NEW Medicare patients...we have lost out privileges to see him. Don't go three years as we did without at least a visit. We love him and recommend him highly...have to overlook front desk 'girl'. Clydene Allison"

"The front desk staff had little to no knowledge about my insurance. And was not good with giving out proper information about referrals, very unclear and confusing with no guidance. Very rude and hurtful phone etiquette. I would describe this office as rundown and with poor staffing... Did not feel welcome or comfortable at all. The place is very small and unsanitary."

"I've been a patient with Dr Bhatt off and on for over 30 years. I've only been a way from his practice because of distance. I have moved an hour and half North. However, when I have an issue that no-one else can find an answer for..I take the drive to see Dr Bhatt and/or Kathleen. Once more I find myself heading in their direction. "We have been going to Dr Bhatt since moving to Denton two years ago following a couple strokes. Have been very pleased. Was cautious due to reviews siting staff being unfriendly. However I find them to be very efficient as a whole. This is an extremely busy practice of mainly senior citizens......they are very friendly if you speak with them or joke keeping in mind they are very busy and just don’t have the time to stop. We have had a lot of referrals, change of insurance, change of pharmacy etc and there have been a couple issues,all fixed immediately and all understandable.......wait times are usually much shorter than previous doctors....Talking with patients in waiting room sold me before first appt......they live him, trust him. I see his PA usually.....she is wonderful. This is one of the best run practices I have been involved with in the past 30 years....also one of the busiest!"
