Neighborhood Doctor

"I've been coming here since I was a child and now I realize how badly I need to find a new doctor. First i will say that location is a smaller office, and they do try to have accommodatint hours by being open on weekends. They offer a lot of services for their clients and i believe theyre family clinic. But I've been mistreated here more times than I can count. Granted the staff cannot control wait times, they are not friendly or even courteous even when answering questions on the phone speaking to guests in person. The most recent time I entered the person working the front desk purposefully left the window closed, did not greet me at all or tell me to please wait for paperwork or anything. I sat around waiting, not even sure if i was going to be served because i hadnt been acknowledged. The staff is unprofessional and get very defensive and rude easily. The clinic has not made many real improvements since I was a child. I come to this clinic because of Dr. Wilkerson, but she will be retiring soon and I will be finding a new clinic ASAP."

"Reading the reviews I was uneasy to visit the neighborhood doctor.When I say they are slow and rude at the front desk. Not welcoming at all , when u walk in there is a loud notification when entering the office to notify staff yet u still wait at the window with handwritten sign saying DONOT touch the window. You wont be greeted becaused the staff has personal conversations to continue that are heard by customers which is so rude. The office is a little less expensive but the front end service is not worth it."

"The NP I saw was very nice but I will not be returning here. My 5 year old daughter and I tested positive for the flu and after my visit I was told I owe 200 and I couldn't get my meds until I paid 200, I wish they would have told me before my visit. Will never return here again and it's sad because I've been a patient here for years"

"While there are long wait times, I go to this doctor when they diagnosed my knee with staph after getting a cultured sample, which relieved me despite it becoming MRSA which wasn't their fault and it just happened. It took awhile to clean up with the strongest meds Vancomycin...which made me sick, but no more staph infection on my knee or rather was in my knee. And the doctor, Dr. Wilkerson is hella cool and is very much dedicated to her patients and she has no a nonsense attitude when it comes to taking care of her patients. Long wait times sucks but it's worth it when my previous doctor didn't bother to take care of my staph infection when it started this year. Dr. Wilkerson took very great care for me."

"Dr Wilkerson is a thoughtful and caring person. She has a good bed manner. When we discovered I had cancer, Dr. Wilkerson made sure I had the referrals I needed to have the best care during this time."
