"The Doctor is very polite and attentive. I've taken my child for school checkups and general office visits. She explains well and I feel confident in her treatments. The office wait does tend to be long, however the doctor tries to be affordable with insurance acceptance and giving flat rates for visits. I can go whereas I wouldn't be able to go at all if this office were not available. My scripts are generally sent in quickly. It is an older office, but I can appreciate what they have to offer."

"It seems like they want me to come in twice for every reason I go. The place is dirty and needs serious remodeling. I wish Medicaid was taken at a decent doctors office because I would switch in a heartbeat. I can never get them to call me back. I got bloodwork, never received a follow up call. I called them and they said they would get back to me, that was 3 days ago. Now they won't answer. My list of frustrations with this office seems never ending. Hoping they improve soon."

"I was referred by one of my friends for a weight loss program and the Doctor was very informative and sweet. As for the employees they need to work on their customer service. It took almost a week and a half to get my meds and no one would ever return my calls. When I would finally get a hold of someone, they would give me the same excuse every time, the system is down. How can you run a business with the system "always" being down? If the "system" is down then maybe a phone call would ne nice. This is a given as a courtesy to the patient. Customer service plays a big role in any business. If you wish to keep your existing/new patients I suggest you have this matter resolve ASAP."
