"I visited Metroplex Medical Centre Coppell today and was surprised by the experience. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and thorough. Due to a switch in insurance, I reluctantly had to change my PCP of 25 years. What a surprise it was to be able to describe a doctors visit as “pleasant’! The added bonus was the on sight pharmacy on way out the door, which saved me a trip across town and probably 30-45 minutes of waiting. I’ll be recommending my friends and family for sure."

"Dr Patel and the staff are very caring, friendly, efficient and responsive. Every time I call Lupe and Andrea are friendly and helpful. I have health issues that require multiple specialist referrals and Kaylee processes them very quickly. I don’t feel like just a “number” at Metroplex Medical. After not going to the doctor for a few years it feels good to know now that a comprehensive process is in place to address my overall health. Also Dr Patel is a really friendly and happy person"

"Dr. Patel and her team is really awesome. What I don’t like is the staff responsible for scheduling appointment. They will make you feel that they are doing some favor to answer the call. When I called for an appointment, someone from the staffed picked up and when I asked for availability they put phone on hold for 30 mins. Just to check availability of a doctor takes more then 30 mins ? That’s crazy. I got fed up and cancelled the call ending up with no appointment. Seriously no professionalism. And this has happened with me several time. Now I am forced to look for a reliable clinic."
