"I keep asking my son pediatrician to get my son evaluated for Autism she said we had to get a hearing test first he did and from there we could make any procedure next and until now I been trying to call and I have been told his pediatrician has to give the “go” to get him tested for anything else and sadly I keep going back and forth with this! Totally finding a better place than this."
"The WORST place to come for immunizations. I came in with my child, and I forgot my mask at home. I was told to go out, I pleaded with them to give me a mask, that I was willing to wear one. I pleaded even to the point of tears, she said NO in the most indifferent and heartless manner I have ever experienced. Zero emphaty. The receptionist on desk on 11/15/2021 at 3:55pm is a HORRIBLE PERSON."
"Sally- was completely rude and unprofessional. It's VERY unfortunate that she has a career in the medical field. She argued with me over vaccines that are state mandated and told me that she's been reading vaccines since 1999- however, they ended up giving the vaccine because she was wrong with her information. This staff needs to understand that they're a representation of the providers they work for, and that we're all trying to do our best at our jobs. She should really find another job where she doesn't have to communicate with people. This is not reflective of the medical providers, but I would give 0 stars for customer service if that was an option."
"Rude Staff! Me and another customer were literally just kicked out of this facilty nearly 30 min prior to them closing. Their manager Sally was very rude and condescending and lied about the nurses leaving just so she could go home early. I took my niece out of school early so she get this done and now I am being inconvenienced bc I will have to do the same thing tomorrow. Seems they only cater to a certain demographic. I don't think it was a coincidence that the only two people left and being kicked out were black. I saw a family member of the other customer go back to the door and the door was locked!!!! I am blown away with the way we were treated. I do not recommend this facilty .The last shot my niece received, she got a reaction, so please take precaution. Their low prices are not worth being treated so poorly."
