"I received a bill saying I have a balance from my last 3 visits. I pay for my visits in full, out of pocket. There is no reason for me to have a balance. Even if I did have a balance why am I being informed nearly a year after my first remaining balance. This is super shady and doesn't seem legal at all."

"I have been going here over 15 years and the new takeover by Wellmed is a joke. Waited 3 hours the other day in a freezing room and there was only 1 patient before me. Went yesterday to pick up blood work and had to wait 1 hour just for a print out. Had to throw a fit just to get 2 pieces of paper. I really liked the new Dr. but the nurses are a joke. I don't know what is going on but looks like I will be looking for a new Dr. Office. What a shame. I am 62 years old and never had to wait so long at a Dr.'s office. Ridiculous."

"My husband and myself and our now 4 children have came here for the past 9 almost 10 years. I have had only great experiences with the whole staff from nurses to doctors. Yes we have had to wait at times due to high volume wich is normal for any doctors office. We have had blue cross blue shield to medicaid. Always reasonable pricing for visits. My family and I thank the entire staff for they're patience, always having a smile, and theyre help. Thank you. Rodriguez Family"

"I gave them one star because they don't have zero stars as an option. DO NOT COME TO THIS HORRIBLE place. Horrible medical care, no ethics what so ever. All of the doctor assistants are lost and have no idea what they are doing. Like previous comments say, they just stand around talking among themselves. It took them almost 3 hours to call me in and there was only one more patient ahead of me when I arrived. I cannot even understand. I came here because it's close to home but it is absolutely NOT worth it. Unfortunately I need to go back to get my results from a blood draw and I am absolutely dreading going back. Worst medical experience I have ever had by far."
