"The doctor and nurse were both professional, patient and kind. The front desk staff were friendlier in person than they were on the phone when I was making an appointment. Twice I was placed on long holds. The first time I hung up after about 5 minutes as I realized it was lunchtime and I assumed that was why I was waiting so long on hold. I called back after 3pm and was again placed on hold and then someone answered, but we were suddenly disconnected. I called back at 3:30pm and was finally able to make an appointment with a woman who seemed exasperated because I asked a question."

"The worst possible option for any UTA student. The clinic always gets advertised as free, but if you have health insurance then your insurance gets billed. And the first appointment they could've gotten me would be a week and a half out for a cold. All I need is a note for some classes but I'm gonna have to go somewhere just for that."

"Susie a bit rude … one person in office couldn’t schedule appointment online website stated not allowed. Stopped by because I was in the area (bookstore) and just wanted to ask about availability She rolled eyes and said I’m you were supposed to call. I told her I was in the area and just needed to check but said nothing until 11. Assuming she didn’t want the extra work .. oh well Could be a bit welcoming .. not complaining that I wasn’t able to do it just rude. Sorry for stopping by"

"The front desk service is not nice. They interrupted me on the phone. When I came in the front desk person did not speak to me until she needed me to sit down. The doctor staff is nice and helpful though!!"

"Scheduling an appointment online, and/or over the phone is a hassle. Best to go in person. You’re lucky if they pick up… Once I was able to get ahold, I called attending to make an appointment. At first, she compromised, and was willing to listen, but once I explained my symptoms, my questions, and concerns began to get shut down quickly. Very unprofessional. Shouldn’t be working in health services if you behave in judgment. Especially without any background knowledge, and the patient is being responsible."
