"I've been a patient here for about 5 years. I'm not going back ever. Each time I try to schedule my primary doctor, she's not available and I have to see the PA and they have an attitude."
"I have been seeing my doctor for 23 years and think she is the greatest. I can't say enough good things about her. When her practice became Baylor Scott and White, who added a centralized call center, service went straight downhill. You cannot schedule an appointment for months, so you have to resort to urgent care or the ER for something happening now. If you use their message system, you have to wait for up to 48 hours for a response. Who has 48 hours to wait when they are sick or in pain now? Once again, you're back to urgent care- spending more money. If you send a message to your doctor and your doctor is out, chances are high no one will review your message to have another doctor respond. They have no clue what good customer service is. Their take is if you don't follow our rules, you don't get service. Why would anyone accept that kind of thinking from your doctor, let alone any other business you deal with? So don't spend your time or money getting substandard service, even if you have a great doctor. It's not worth the aggravation. FOLLOW UP 11 SEP 23 Responded to BSW post and heard nothing back. Figures."
"I have been a patient at this clinic for many, many years and I think Dr. R is one of the best. However, it has become impossible to get an appoinment with anyone at this clinic for acute issues. A few weeks ago I was referred to the ER (was not an ER issue) and today I got referred to the Southlake office to see if they had an appointment available. A friend to me about a provider officed on Hebron and she is Dr. R caliber but I have put off making that move - but it is time."
"Doctors and nurses are great. 3 stars because of Baylor overall and the stupid changes they've made the past few years. There have been multiple issues with scheduling in the past, but the most recent time was the most obnoxious. I called expecting to talk to their call center because I had written down the wrong appointment time and would be late (my fault, I get it. That's not the issue). I asked specifically if I got there 15-20 min later than my appointment, could I still be seen? Phone person said of course, and made a note saying I would be behind. Fast forward to me getting there at 3:18, front desk tells me there is a 15 minute grace period and I would have to reschedule. I declined and will instead be changing to a non-BS&W doctor. It's a shame."
"I LOVED this office years ago, but it’s just not the same office now. Will never be going back, so tired of wasting my money here. I was asked by the nurse to go over my symptoms, only to be told to get into it with the DR. Once with the DR, didn’t even get to finish my complaints. Cut off and went into about how it’s likely none of my concerns. I mean, I said it was hard to walk from the waiting room to the patient room, and that wasn’t even touched on. All my blood work and blood pressure was fine apparently, however I didn’t even get a blood pressure test today (for some reason, the normal check up stuff like checking the mouth, ears, etc was overlooked!) and my latest test was in November. So that’s confusing. All I got told was literally everything I already knew and conveyed to the staff. What is the point of paying for these services? You expect us to take care of ourselves, but you have no hand in actually wanting us to get better."
