"Don’t care about patients mental health at all just looking for money during these hard times! Office staff is rude! Dr. Kim I love but office sucks!!!!! They will literally let you go through withdrawals and not give 2 cents about you! Always say got to the freaking ER! What can the ER do for me! Not a thing but try to put you in inpatient and that’s a whole other freaking bill you have to worry about. Not 1 time has ANYONE CALLED ME! I don’t recommend this office at all RUDE STAFF!"

"I've never had a bad experience Kim or her staff. I think the staff and her are both very flexible, understanding and professional. I missed some appointments due to the time difference and she completely understood. She is always extremely friendly and most important easy to talk to. I love going here I do virtual visits at since I live in a different state, but I'm thankful that I was able to find her! Definitely chose her!"

"Do not I repeat do not book with Kimberly!! Her staff and herself are the worst! I initially went in for my first visit in person she did listen to my concerns and let me try do what I wanted to do. However, after that visit I started doing virtual appointments. First virtual appointment she was about 25 mins late, second appointment I waited for an hour she never showed up to the appointment. Her staff never reached out to let me know she was running behind schedule so I had to call the office. The front staff personnel show no sympathy I told her my situation and she said she will call you later on today. Kimberly never called so I had to reach out the next day I was told the same thing and nothing. I finally called again and she was short staffed so Kimberly answered the phone she had no choice but to see me since I had already paid for my visit. I decided to give her another chance and same thing happened on this visit I waited over an hour (no one reached out to) when I finally called the office they offered to refill my prescription for the time being and that she would call me later. She never called so when I followed up her assistant Tessa was shocked that I still wanted to speak to her since they had already filled my prescription I told her yes I already paid for the visit. So she advised me that was to refill my prescription that I would need to pay again to see her. At the end of the day, she was giving me more anxiety than actually helping me. I decided to part ways and find a new psychiatrist. I feel like this office is doing insurance fraud and a waste of peoples time. Please look elsewhere!"

"Was going to book via Done. but figured they probably take some of the profit from the provider and reached out to her office directly to book in hopes of cutting out a middleman for them. I was unable to secure an appointment for a workable date for me (despite done listing said date as available) and received no response to my replies trying to schedule within my availability. They sent one email asking my availability and then nothing, not even a call to tell me they couldn’t accommodate me. Just go through Done. if you really want to book with them. I’ve heard the provider is good, but I won’t be trying to book again. It shouldn’t be this hard."

"Dr. Kim is really wonderful & helpful. She listened to me & adjusted my medication as needed. I always feel better after seeing her. I'm usually extremely anxious upon arrival, but by the time I leave she has calmed me down."
