"I had the MOST wonderful experience at Paragon North Hills!! I was terribly nervous as had never had an infusion (was there for migraine cocktail) and knew I'd be there for 6 hours per my Dr. The place was clean, very accomodating, but what made the experience 5 stars was Melody and Merini - the BEST medical staff I've ever encountered!!! I will return again to this location if ever needed just because of these 2 staff members!! Thank you!!!"

"I've been here multiple times for different reasons. Most times have been wonderful (caring staff, easy-going, etc) I am used to getting infusions/blood work done, and I know where my good veins are. That being said, I do NOT allow fishing in my arm. The last time I was in, a nurse tried sticking me and fishing a couple times before I asked her to stop. She got upset and went to tell another nurse to help, but she clearly had an attitude when she asked the other nurse to assist. We as sick patients are there for treatment and have to advocate for ourselves during our infusions. I did not want to pass out or vomit and she seemed inconvenienced by me telling her to get someone else. Other than that, it's genuinely a great place! Small, quiet, not crowded, snacks/drinks, tvs, reclining leather chairs, etc."

"Had my Doctor send orders to this location to get some treatment since it is closer to me. I called to confirm they received it on Friday (which they did confirm they received) and today is now Thursday. I call the office but they will not schedule my appointment because they have to follow their process and screen me to see if I can even get the treatment that my doctor ordered. That is understandable, but to date no one has called me to begin any of their so called process. I tried calling them, but again, they have their process and I do not get scheduled. Now I get to travel 1 hour further to get the treatment from a clinic that will get me added to their schedule."

"Always late and extremely unorganized. No one in the office communicates with each other. I was called to come in early for an appointment because of changing office hours. I sat for 45 minutes before going back then was notified I had to have a visit with the nurse. My infusion started an hour past when they told me to arrive. This location has gone down hill tremendously."
