"WORST Customer Service EVER at this FACILITY! The only Financial lady there was very rude, off-putting, condescending, and made it seem as we were being troubling her time. As a matter of fact, even though we had all of our documentation in order, she STILL made us fill out additional enrollment forms, and then, SHE TOOK OFF FOR LUNCH! How professional is that? I'd rate this facility a ZERO, given the chance. She has been reported to the JPS Chief Manager in Charge of Financial Services."
