"There is no way 2 days every hour called no answer even left number to be called back and having to get formula myself"
"NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I've been trying to rescheduled an appointment! I've been waiting 38mins! And still no answer!!"
"The staff just hungs up the call while you talking by saying that you sound as if you talkinv from farr away. Thats it what you get to wait for half an hour. Horrible"
"Excellent staff, I always go in person. I've never tried to call due to the limited staff. If you need an appointment, the best chance is to go personally and get a number in line. The staff here is always nice and respectful"
"I don't mind this office. It's pretty great in person, but over the phone? Not so much. I've been trying to call for two days, today makes day 3, and no one has answered. The other thing is, I made an appointment for my son last Monday. The lady told me Friday at 4 pm, and so I call Friday morning because I forgot the time, and the lady tells me that it was supposed to be Thursday at 4pm, which is ridiculous because I had her on speaker, and my fiance heard her say Friday at 4. Now I'm almost out of formula, and have no money to get him any.."
