"Horrible, I would give this Zero stars if I could. I would say this is the worst MHMR you could go to. Was enrolled here but stopped going, they were getting paid while I'm untreated didn't seem like a good relationship."

"I had the great pleasure and experience of being able to work with Dr. Tope. He is very knowledgable and truly cares about all of his patients. He does not sugar coat his patients but he shows compassion and assists them in any way that he can because he wants the best for them. I highly recommend him!"

"I'm not a fan of medical facilities, both mental health and physical health, and I am used to being treated like another number rather than a person, so I was surprised to find that the Penn Square location of MHMR was unlike other places that I'd dealt with in that they actually made me feel welcome and seem to care. They have staff members who are very genuine and treat you with respect. They remember me and are very personable. There have been a few negatives such as the occasional rude or unhappy staff member, and the staff turnover rate seems to be awfully high. Also, the doctor when I first went there seemed more like a salesperson than a psychiatrist, but now they've got someone who talks to me like a friend rather than talking down to me, as many doctors seem to do. Compared to other mental health facilities, including other MHMR locations, the Penn Square MHMR is a shining star."

"I hate the fact that the only way I can give a review is to give a star that Penn Square doesn't deserve. With that being said I have been with this clinic for 3+yrs and I have had horrible issues with this clinic my dr Tope refuses to adjust my meds and my mental health is getting unbearable and the front desk staff have no crisis training they have no respect for anyone. I was supposed to have a caseworker as everyone is supposed to have when dealing with mhmr but the lady Maggie whom I was assigned never follows through with anything I'm currently seeking help elsewhere before I lose my battle to bipolar disorder depression and anxiety I would not refer anyone to seek any form of treatment from this particular clinic"
