"The staff was very polite and concerned about my well being. They made sure to answer any question I had and went at great length to ensure I was comfortable. I've only had oral surgery until now so this was new territory for me. It was a pleasant experience overall. I would recommend Texas Health Hospital if asked."

"I got admitted with colitis and the flu. When I told the nurses certain meds weren’t sitting right with me, they were not willing to find alternatives, even though when the dr came in, there were other alternatives. They gave me a medicine that made me unable to open my hand then when I showed them they just said it was ok. Thats not normal, I refused the next dose of that medicine. I told them my iv wasn’t in right and they said that’s how it’s supposed to feel; it wasn’t in right and they were pumping antibiotics and fluids straight in my arm. It swole up and was red and itchy before they would listen to me. Then they used a vein finder and an ultrasound machine and still missed my vein and hit my artery in my arm, blood shot up like 2 feet and they just laughed and said they would try the other arm; I think we’re not going to be trying anything else on me. Then they thought I was going to let them put a mainline in me after that, I declined. After declining, they stopped coming in my room to check on me. They never changed the trash in my room, left their trash everywhere. I was there for 4 days and never even had my bed sheets changed. One dr came in, spent 2 minutes in my room and I never saw him again said he wrote in my chart I was a drug abuser. I never even asked for pain meds or anything my whole stay. When I was discharged from the hospital, they didn’t even wheel me down to my ride, they walked me to the elevator with a bag full of my things and threw me in there. Just seems weird to have someone have to stay 4 days and you guys don’t even wheel me to the lobby."

"I delivered my third baby here. The care I received was exceptional, from the receptionist, nurse, midwives, NP, to the kichen staff. My midwife Whitney from Midwife & Co was amazing and I'm forever grateful for her love, care and support not just during delivery but my whole pregnancy. I had a fast delivery, all of my requests were met with a smile. The nurses Courtney, Rebecca and Belinda were so friendly, helpful and loving they also didn't wake us up for middle of the night vitals, which I so appreciated. I forgot to call down and order food, the kitchen called up to me to make sure I got what I needed. The hospital itself was so clean and very quiet which made for a restful stay. I highly recommend using Texas Health Mansfield."

"I gave birth to my son here and let me just say that this hospital is the best hospital to give birth at. First off, starting with the nurses! I loved each and every one of them. They were all super kind, friendly, loving, and caring. The rooms are incredibly clean, the care and treatments are top as well. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great place to give birth. Also, I can’t forget to comment on my doctor, Dr. Forney. She took great care of me and made sure I was cared for. The staff overall here are great."
