Concentra Urgent Care

"The personal at this location are incompetent and negligent. I was sent here on January by my federal government employer to get a physical. They did not send my information on a timely manner nor did they document all of my exams. The clinic called me a month later because my employer needed my color vision exam and they didn’t have the results, so I had to tell them my results back to them. I am here for a second time and all the front desk staff are confused and didn’t even check me in when I first came in. The reason they didn’t do my hearing test the first time was because their hearing machine was down, but they never said that to me until now that my spoke to my employer. They are careless, rude, and unprofessional. I had to miss work and drive a long way for this two times now. I don’t recommend this location to anybody."

"My entire experience with this facility was completely unprofessional. I would avoid if you value healthcare performed by trained licensed professionals. Not only did they administer the wrong tests under the incorrect protocols, but they failed to follow the protocol they chose. The techs didn’t know what they were doin. When they weren’t just making small talk with each other they were on the phone with someone I could only assume was a corporate supervisor trying to both train them and troubleshoot everything going wrong remotely. They failed to provide any copies of the documents filled out, lied (or more likely just made something up because they didn’t know what to say to me during the process) and ultimately just attempted to push things off until the day ended and they could all clock out and leave without taking any responsibility for what they were doing. If dont want children running your healthcare who have absolutely no training who are just on hold with some corporate no-name licensed technician (not even a physician) who is likely managing 20 other clinics, I’d suggest choosing another clinic if you have any option at all in your health care."

"I arrived at 12:45 for drug screen and TB skin test only. It took 2 hours to get taken to the lab for this. The phlebotomist informed me it took so long because they only have one provider. As a medical provider myself, I understand how this would delay appointment times and patients being seen if your provider is slower/newer. However, having one provider really shouldn’t impact a person having a simple lab and injection completed. Poor clinic management. Be better Concentra. Check in time 12:45. Check out time 2:58. Wow"

"I came to Concentra for a second opinion on a workers comp claim. My first look didn't give me the time of day. Dr. Khan and her team took care of me. The staff is friendly and efficient! I mean wow! I've never seen a full waiting room empty so fast. And when it was my turn, I was floored by the care and attention I recieved. This is not the closet urgent care facility to my home, but it is where I'm coming from now on! Thank you team Concentra!"

"The staff was amazing! I was there to see an Orthopedic DO & it took me from 3:00 to 4:30 to see him. But it takes longer when you are seeing a specialist. That said, he was also amazing I only go to concentra and I have never had a bad experience."
