"I would NOT recommend using this facility. To be brief, they fraudulently billed my insurance for services even though I informed them I would pay cash and there is a lack of transparency when it comes to billing so the amount you pay upfront is going to be SIGNIFICANTLY different from the final bill. To elaborate further, I have a high deductible insurance plan. As a result, the cost of my initial PT evaluation was going to be over $400 with insurance. I asked about the cash-pay price and was told it would be $285, so I decided to not use my insurance and pay cash instead. I was also told each additional appointment would be around $275 without insurance. I made it clear that I would not be using my insurance, yet they billed my insurance anyway. Unfortunately I didn't find out until I had gone to 4 appointments. When I received notice that they billed my insurance, I called them for an explanation and informed them they were committing fraud. They had no good explanation for why they billed my insurance. Then they explained that now I would owe almost $80 more per session! $350 for an hour physical therapy session is expensive, especially since my injury was minor. When trying to clarify why my bill was so high, Lorena Rubio sent me an email of a form I signed that stated the final bill may be different. She told me to call if I had any questions. When I called to discuss, she did not answer nor did she return my call. She also has not responded to my email. So if you are in need of physical therapy services, I would look at other locations. Also make sure you ask for the expected final price. I would have gone somewhere else had I known I was going to be paying $350 per session."

"My son has been seeing Dr. Dietrich for the past few months and her team. She has performed 2 surgeries on him and both outcomes has been perfect. She is a great doctor and surgeon and her team is awesome. Thank you so much. Stay blessed"

"I saw Dr. Kennedy in their orthopedist center and I am currently doing physical therapy in the PT center across the hall from her office. Every interaction that I've had with them has been fantastic and everyone that works there is professional and knowledgable. My only complaint would be pricing, I understand this is highly specialized medicine but they are charging me almost $70 for when they gave me a couple of pieces of paper with PT exercises on it and 2 rubber stretching bands. Other than that, it's a fantastic facility"

"Horrible!! Set an “Evaluation” appointment for our daughter who, as a tennis player, was having a wrist injury issue. We were told that she would go through a thorough evaluation to discover what the problem was. She showed up, did one push up, and then was told that she needed to see their doctor. Doctor wasn’t even there. What an absolute joke! But I’m sure that all the schools that are receiving kickbacks think that this place is great!! Don’t waste your time here!"
