"The staffs are very rude, they always acted like they're in rush even there weren't a lot of patients. When I signed in they didn't even give me a clear instructions (but gave me wrong introduction) about what they need me to fill out so I needed to fix it around 5 times. The doctor was worse. He speaked too fast and made me so confused, I still have no clue what he was trying to say. Also he recommended me getting the Gardasil vaccine which is including 3 shots in 6 months, one shot each time and with my insurance I only need to pay around $18 for each shot (saw this on the paper when he was showing me the price). but he told me I have to pay $219 (price without insurance) , he explained : "help the clinic to pay for equipment and expenses to run the clinic" (???). I really don't understand why I have to do that when my insurance would cover most of the cost for me. At the end, I was still so confused and don't know what is the sickness I'm having and have to wait till next day off from work to visit another doctor, I wasted my whole afternoon for this clinic while I was so sick."

"Dr. Dang is the BEST! I and my husband have come to him since 2005. I loved that I could call and get in the same day. He stayed on top of whatever is going on in my charts. Gave great advice, always a smile on his face. Yes, the visits were short, but you don't need a long visit if your doctor is meeting your medical needs. Also, this allows him to accommodate walk ins. I have now moved to a different state and miss him and his practice terribly."

"This place is beyond horrible. If it were possible to give 0 stars that would be more fitting to what this place deserves. The bed side manner is lacking a great deal to say the least. The doctor acts as if he is ALWAYS in a rush. He only listens to half of your symptoms then throws a prescription to you for something completely opposite of your symptoms. Imagine coming in for COVID and he is giving you a referral for a breast exam. He was treating COVID before even giving me a COVID test. I can’t imagine that anyone could get the quality care and attention needed for their health concerns. The operating procedures will not allow the doctor or his staff to focus on the health of people, instead it feels like they are running an assembly line of people through this office. Find another doctor because this is not the one."

"The staff and doctor was highly unprofessional and would extort any additional fees despite having already paid for the service. Not only that but, they would demand you to get additional tests even though they were unnecessary. 0/5"

"Matlock family clinic is probably if not one of the worst doctor offices I’ve ever been to. The doctor is not only oblivious to your true concerns but also rushes in every aspect. His office also gave me a referral to a dermatologist that has been closed since March and it is June. Please save yourself the time and energy and find another doctor."
