"My first visit three months ago went well. The doctor was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. I am giving a low rating because when i visited today for my follow up appointment, i was unable to complete their digital check-in, and they had no alternative or backup system. My phone wouldn't get enough signal to download their email to me, and my phone was dying anyway. I ended up having to cancel my appointment, and search for an another in network doctor's office with a more reasonable check in process. Ridiculous that they have no procedure in place for elderly people who are not technologically advanced, or anybody that happens to forget their phone, or any other number of situations where a digital check in may not be possible. Digital check in should be a convenient OPTION, not a requirement to receive needed medical attention. WILL NOT BE RETURNING HERE."
