"The front desk worker is atrocious.. the rude, unprofessional & condescending tone she always has is enough for me to wash my hands of this clinic after 20 years as a patient., I called to inform I would be a lil over 20 minutes late for an appt & she literally snarled her teeth at me for minutes of uncomfortable conversation before suggesting an appt time of 30 days from now for a physical. Dr Dao & Nurse Vo are a perfect 10 but unfortunately you have to get past the an unfit, unprofessional front desk clerk to see them. I just can’t do it anymore, taking my business elsewhere"

"I was shocked after on the phone with the front desk today asking for a referral. She needs to get train on how to talk to patients on the phone. Do they have phone line to file complaint? I am sure the doctor will learn more about his staffs and why patients leaving his clinics. It is not about his skills; it is all about how rude his staffs are."
