"This is not the same place I’ve been going to for years…please be aware of this clinic. Front desk associate are un-sympathetic, the nurse forgot my pee sample in the restroom and I didn’t know until calling. I was charged for a visit that wasn’t even my initial concern, which ultimately mad my bill higher. I normally don’t care for reviews but I had to do this one. Sorry"

"I’ve been coming to this health center for the past 8 years and dr Le is a great doctor but the front desk is horrible .. seems to be getting worst and worst every year placing me on hold for longer periods of time .. a call back would be nice !!"

"My doctor, Dr. Le is amazing and have seen him for the past year (which is why I placed 2 stars and not 1). Unfortunately, I HAD to change my insurance and updated it in the system 4 days prior to my appointment. The receptionist/front end called me ONCE the day before my appointment and left no voicemail. I work till 7 and couldn’t place a call back. I drove from west Fort Worth (30 minutes) all for them to make excuses and say my VM wasn’t set up but they don’t accept my insurance despite it being in network online. They called me ONCE. Had they been attentive they would have tried more than once (at least twice!) but did not. To make matters worse, they refused to give me a note for work indicating I had in fact been to their office because I wasn’t “seen” by the doctor. Never asked for a note claiming I was seen, just that I had been in the office. Never have I encountered this refusal to help a patient. Blessing in disguise that my insurance isn’t accepted by them. Laziness is not a positive factor to have as a front end."

"They are very unclear on billing and what you'll actually be charged for. I was "required to establish care" and told it would not be billed, then charged for an office visit. When explaining my visit while disputing the bill I was told their staff would never say I wouldn't be charged, and then my insurance plan was blamed for the bill. The woman on the phone raised her voice, interrupted me while I was speaking and scoffed at me while she offered a payment plan. I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else based on the customer service and billing issues I've experienced."

"(Updated 1/10/23....A whole year later & its exactly the same, if not worst.) I've been coming to the doctor at this location for about 6 years and he's great! However, the receptionist are becoming pathetic! I've been trying to simply get a refill on a prescription since Dec 30th & today is Jan 5th. I've been placed on hold several times on 3 different days. Once I finally spoke with someone, I was told they would call the refill in. I drove 20mins to the pharmacy only to find out that it wasn't called in. It's been 3 days & still no blood pressure meds...smh"
