"They booked my appointment a month and a half out. It was the day after labor day. They sent no appointment reminder. I narrowly missed my appointment. They then immediately sent a $50 bill and about 10 reminders to pay it, including one in the mail. So you can send a reminder for paying a bill 20 times, but you can't send a single reminder that there is an appointment? I called multiple times to speak to someone and email multiple times, but I've since been ignored. Go to another company other than GI alliance. Unprofessional. EDIT: They tried calling me after I wrote this review. One more thing I forgot to add, they call you but if you can't take the call, because I don't know, you work, they don't leave a voicemail or send you an email. You then have to call them back and if you can't reach someone, which happened 3 times for me, you leave a message and never get a response. Yet ANOTHER reason to not go here. The only communication they want is to get your information so they can send you a bill."

Hands down she's the best gastroenterologist I've seen. Explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I would definitely recommend her to anyone."
