"They dropped me, and now refuse to see me, as a patient. This is due to having to reschedule. They told me my third no show would cause this, and just to reschedule. So the first of the month came, and I rescheduled due to a respiratory illness. I then had to reschedule that date due to my pipes bursting, and not having water. They did not care the reason, and just cancelled my appointment with no notification until I called. On top of the issues lately, this very same office has diagnosed me with severe social anxiety, that has taken me out of work for over a year, yet they don't factor in that maybe I just can't mentally do it one day. The doctor was always nice enough, but just prescribed pills, filled out paperwork, refer me to someone else, and then we were done. His assistant, Sabrina, is the only one who I felt somewhat listened, and tried to make a connection. My next appointment was to ask for an adjustment on medicine as I cannot function, and am about to lose my job, again, but I guess Im back to square one."
"Me and my children have been coming to this place for over 10 years and today is officially my last day due to the nurse practitioner Justin being in his feelings because I would not take a certain medicine that I did not feel comfortable taking and him being unprofessional and telling me to not call up they’re asking for their help which in reality I didn’t come up there for the medicine he was trying to give me I came up there for something. Completely different This place is continuously going downhill due to the departure of certain doctors and nurse practitioner no longer being available"
"I find it weird that I never personally scheduled any appointments and haven’t been on the app but somehow I skipped out on appointments scheduled for me without my knowledge. No phone call, no email no anything. The only way I found out I was no longer accepted into the doctor is I took my wife for an appointment and tried to schedule a physical after her appointment and I was told I’m ineligible due to no shows. That was very embarrassing for me and super unprofessional on their part."
"I arrived for my appointment early in the morning(9am) of March 3, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled. I was visibly upset and inquired to know why, only to be told that they didn't take my insurance. This is after I had made the appointment and filled all my information, including insurace, online. I even received an email the confirming my appointment. I had been given the name of this doctor by my insurance, mind you, and my insurance was listed on their website when I made the appointment. I showed her the email I had from my insurance confirming that this doctor was in the network. She insisted that the information was inaccurate. I understand mistakes/errors happen but what upset me more is that they didn't bother to call me or email me to let me know that they had canceled my appointment. When I asked why the nurse at the front looked me right in the eye and lied that they had called me. no missed call from them on my cellphone, no voicemail, nothing. Not even an email. That is unacceptable, very unprofessional to lie about it even. No apology, straight up lying. it is even worse considering that to get an appointment you have to wait up to two weeks even more. Horrible experience."
"Will never go back! Do not recommend at all. I’ve been trying to refill a simple prescription for 2 months. The front desk never answers or returns call. I received an email from Sonja in all caps with no punctuation in purple to state the couldn’t find a fax number in the email was she responded to. It was a waste of my annual checkup. When I did receive a call back Sonja didn’t hang up the call properly and I hear her talking poorly about me to the other receptionists."
