"So here we go, I went here with my first daughter I had her nine months ago. I want to stress to any woman do not go here and if you do, do not see Dr. Krombach, this place is a baby mill and they will do anything to convenience themselves. I never had any time to ask my dr questions. All of my prenatal appointments were so fast and I felt like as a new mother my doctor did not care. On top of that I was a gestational diabetic and found that my specialist took more time to answer my pregnancy questions and concerns. They pushed the Covid vaccine on me before it had even been FDA approved. That’s just the prenatal part which was the best part of the situation. I was encouraged to be induced because I was gestational even though my daughter was a healthy size. During the induction I was given vaginal medication, I was not walked through or given an over view of what induction included or looked like according to my dr or his office. Any questions about the process I had to ask even though I was a new mom. My contractions were so close together they pumped me full of 2 bags of liquid IV. I delivered that morning and my doctor did not even deliver my baby, when I saw listen to your body and don’t get induced seriously just listen to you body. My doctor mentioned C-section so many times because of my gestational during delivery I panicked and pushed way to fast causing myself a tear, they did not slow me down, they did not allow me to deliver on my side or standing like I requested and my birth plan was completely ignored. I don’t even think my dr looked at it he wouldn’t even take the time to review it with me. I hemmoraged so bad that I scared the OB that delivered by baby. When I was sent home and I had my final app with this office my hemoglobin was an 8, when I let my OB know he said I had PPA, not it was just air hunger. I am still anemic because of it not only did they refuse to test my sugars post baby or take an iron panel but I lost clots the size of a soft ball and the nurse acted like I was an inconvenience when I called. This is just a rough review of all the horrible stuff the happens pre and post baby. Also the techs act like your annoying them when you are excited to see your baby. This place is horrible DO NOT GO HERE. Pleases save yourself the horrible experience of somewhere that cares about you and cares about their patients even just enough nor to have fluorescent lights everywhere. This place just wants your money. And your a dime a dozen there."

"I went to the OBGYN clinic throughout my pregnancy and every doctor there is incredible, but Dr. Jackson was my primary and I cannot express how much I enjoyed being her patient. She is an active listener, takes your concerns and worries into consideration, and remembers even the smallest details of your conversations. She is a wonderful, knowledgeable, careful physician. And again, the rest of the doctors are great too- you and your baby are in very capable hands, whoever takes care of you."

"I cannot express how amazing this OBGYN office is! I have had horrible OBGYN care in the past and I have been seeing Dr. Jackson for over a year now and she is amazing. She is so understanding and patient. She is always sure to answer all of my questions in a kind and compassionate way. My first visit with her she took almost an hour answering all of my questions and concerns. The nurse/ lab/ and front desk staff are all so nice as well. Everyone always makes me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend."

She is prompt and takes the time to answer questions and explain. She's been our pediatrician for 6 years and I will continue for as long as possible!"

"Realistically one star is one to many for this I tried working with these people actually had had been there 2times and never saw the doctor first time I was 10 min late on a morn appt and the receptionist who is Has the worst personality said I was 10 min late you have to reschedule I thought ok it was my fault I will make a new appt this time on the reschedule I thought ok I will be early this time appt at 2:30 I get there at get there at 1:55 and. I wait ....and I wait 3pm and I wait ...this place does not take care of its customers my suggestion get a urologist do your home work and go to someone that cares rather than Don't. ..."
