"Bad medical services here ! Got very sick and went to this place did bloodwork but it takes forever to get the results from the doctor. Doctor who atended me minimized my symptoms! Their telemedicine services are even worst!"

"I had a appointment at 1130 and I was told by receptionist that there was a 45 minute wait because they we’re running late and I said okay I’ll wait because am here already and I kept seeing other people go in before me that got there after me and bare with me by this time I had already been there for 1hour and 30 minutes waiting by this time I go back to receptionist and ask how much longer because I’ve been there for so long and other people that are getting there are going in before me and she got a attitude with me and said that’s why when you got here I told you that there was a wait of 45 minutes and I told her yes I understand but it’s past that already and she was like I don’t know that was just a estimate time and by this I was beyond pissed off that I told her to cancel my appointment and I would just need to move locations and make another appointment somewhere else and she kept asking do you want me to make a appointment and I said no don’t you understand… this location is very very unprofessional and need better receptionist and help at this clinic"

"Avoid at all costs. No direct number to contact medical office. Absolutely no sense of urgency to send administrative paperwork needed for cancer scare biopsy. Surgery biopsy appointment was canceled by hospital due to not receiving paperwork needed by centrum health. Centrum Health has made an already stressful situation a complete nightmare. I will be reporting centrum health to the Texas Medical Board as their actions affect patients receiving much needed care. Avoid and find a new doctors office."
