"I have been going to this facility for over one year. I absolutely love my Psychiatrist at this location. I have always loved the ladies at the front desk. Past two months they have hired new people and they are absolutely rude. Especially the new lady who answers the phone will cut you off and is rude. Had my appointment with my doctor this morning and she said she would call all of my medications into the pharmacy. Past year she has always called them in all together at the same time because the pharmacy has to order them. For some reason some of my medications never got called into the pharmacy so I called the office. Usually when you call the office for help the ladies at the front desk are sweet and want to help but who ever this new person is will not listen to what you have to say and is short with you. Almost made an review on her two months ago when I called to make an appointment with my psychiatrist. This new lady who answered the phone advised me that I can’t make an appointment because I have not been at the clinic for one year and said she would have to talk to the doctor and call me back later in the afternoon. I told her that I have been to the same doctor every month for one year and have my receipt from last months visit for proof. I ended up calling back after hanging up and the front desk lady who has been there forever told me that she knew me and got me scheduled. Starting to look for a new clinic. I don’t recommend this clinic because of the new hires. I’m thinking they are new hires because I have never seen them before and never have been treated like this at the clinic. Now they are closed and I never heard from them. Was to nervous to call back right at close because the lady at the front desk was agitated when I called back at 3pm to check if the doctor received my message. I advise you to go to another location if your looking for good service."
