"Really disappointed that they doubled the rate of our rental because we picked up 1.5 hours early on a Friday. It didn’t impact them in any way and we didn’t get any extra use out of the lens. Minor flexibility for a repeat customer is something I’d expect out of a small local business. When picking up, they also mentioned that the lens we rented may or may not have electronic issues with the AF system.. another great reason to be flexible on a nearly 10 year old lens."

"Not as much access to same gear as you would think, not a true 48 hour rental time. Gave half dead batteries with lavs but at least commented about it. Didn't enjoy the late fee of a whopping 15 minutes either but it's neglible at this point."
