"First time here today. I arrived early for my appointment and they got me in as soon as I was done with my paperwork. I needed lab tests done and I was still out in less than 20 minutes. This doctor visit was better than any I had at my primary care physician’s office in 20 years of going there. I will be returning."
"I had to wait for one hour just to get my data enter into the system. by the time it was about to ready. Rosalinda, the slow front desk person, told me, "oh by the way, you need to wait for another hour because you dont have an appointment". I came just for a vaccine shot, it should take less than 5 min to do so. DO NOT COME to this clinic for SHOTS. do NOT believe THEM if they say, just walk in, no need to make an appointment. if you HAVE TO come here, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. And if this lady is the person servicing you, BE CAREFUL - BE READY to take a LOONG WAIT!!!"
"The doctor I met with was very nice, helped me out and made me feel better. But I was charged $79.99 for my visit and then another $58 for my medicine. Only to receive a phone the next day saying they "forgot to Bill me" an extra $60! Are you effing kidding me? That is down right ridiculous. I am fuming. Its bad enough that I had to drive all the way out to your location, when living on the other side of town. They need to make some changes, because that is absolutely unacceptable to say "oh sorry you owe us even more money!""
"See Dr. Alexis. She is very professional, and she is also a very personable person to see. You can tell she cares about her job and the people she meets. Made my experience very pleasant both times that I have seen her. The bad reviews are mainly from wait times for drug testing. But I've had similar wait times elsewhere. Overall, a really good clinic for the price."
