She took her time going over all my meds and questioned how I was doing with the meds. Antressa is a very kind and very patient healthcare provider. My health is important to me and I feel it is equally important to her."

"I wanted so bad to find a doc to listen. I have a list of issues, and felt like this would be a great visit. I was interrupted. I told the NP my family situation, that I probably have a lot of issues because of my situation. No response. TY but, I see a psychiatrist. I got my lab results on my thyroid. Blessed it's normal. I told Abraham, Medical Assistant, that I would still like to see an endocrinologist. Thinking that NP knew I needed a GI most of all, I didn't get a call from one. I did get a call from an endocrinologist. This endo doc does NOT take anything but your cash dollars. No commercial insurance. I have BCBS. Why would the NP even suggest this doctor?? I'm assuming my other lab results are normal? He didn't say. As a med tech, I would like to know the LFP results on CMP. Something is wrong with my stomach! Whether I thought it was thyroid or an issue with swallowing, I am losing weight rapidly. I just did not connect. A lot of the miscommunication could have been handled if NP would have listened to why I believe these problems exist. There was so much I didn't say. Blood in urine? Well, if you would have listened, you would know my past with that. I'm not pleased. I am losing patience, and I'm tired of being herded like a sheep. She's very nice. I just wanted a little more response from her. BTW, my shingles got worse. But the anti-virals you Finally called in, are doing just fine."

"My parents are 88 and 84 years old and have been patients of doctor Lilly’s for several years. They both came down with Covid and the home health care nurse contacted doctor Lilly’s office to let them know my parents needed prescriptions called in to the pharmacy,which she never got a response.When my sister in law spoke with them (after calling multiple times in a 24 hour period) she was told that they have given doctor Lilly the information but that’s all they can do and so sorry but we close at 11 am today so they may have to go to an urgent care clinic. Classy way to treat your elderly and loyal patients!"
