"If you have an appointment here…. PACK A LUNCH!!! Every single appointment I’ve ever had I’m always seen 2 hours later!! If your appt. Is at 930 expect to be seen at 1130! They don’t answer the phone! The only person who’s nice is the black nurse practitioner!! I promise this will be my last time coming to this place! The most disrespected person in American is WOMEN!!!"

"You need to read this if you do Not have insurance, desire to be treated fairly, want treatment at low to NO COST and want to support a black owned business!!!! My daughter was having severe pain right before her cycle last month and learned that there was a ruptured cyst causing her this discomfort. She was educated/diagnosed , treated and given medication all in the same visit! I understood the wait times being a little longer than anticipated as they were short staffed but they (THE ENTIRE STAFF) made up for this in dividends with their exceptional service and their ability to treat situations with a sense of urgency. Thank you thank you THANK YOU!!!"

"This place is nasty! The walls are dirty looking. The exam rooms have no organization, things they should store elsewhere are located within exam room. The waiting room stinks. They provide you false timeframes as an option to get you in. The NP on staff is seeing rooms between eating her lunch. There’s no wash station inside the room for you to verify if your providers hands are clean. The walls are covered with poster boards stapled to the walls instead of mounting properly. I know for a fact I will report to referring office of my findings as this gives him a bad name on his expertise of being in practice for so many years. Meanwhile we wait while hearing the girls laugh and chat in the hallway! I have yet to find one professional and good thing to say about this place!! You should not have to wait over an hour for a simple procedure. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some time and go elsewhere! Entire location is sketch!"

"Horrible service. The waiting time is horrible. There is no reason to wait five hours just for birth control shot while all the nurses are in the back talking and laughing goofing around. They never answer your phone. They always send you to voicemail. They never answer emails. Had 1 questions yet they can’t answer had a nurse, her self tell me to write a review, so the doctor can see seen other comments seem to be no help. They say they are short staffed, but does not seem so When their back there laughing."
