"The doctor is great but the support staff/billing department are disorganized and make several mistakes. I went in for a pap and the swab was lost. Went in for a repeat test and due to the way it was coded, was charged $605 by my insurance company. I also did blood work in the office that day and paid my portion. Quest had no record of the payment at all and the office claims they can’t pull up any information on my account. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor’s office that’s more organized and professional."

"On July 3rd 2023 I had to have our 14 year old cat put to sleep. He went from perfectly normal to critical in 2 days. I was with him throughout the procedure. This was extremely traumatic. During the following week I was either unable to sleep or slept very little. I saw Frances on July 10th to discuss this. As I explained the deep grief I was feeling she was extremely supportive. She suggested a number of ways to help me deal with this. She also prescribed a medication which would not only help me sleep but also help treat the depression I'm feeling. Her compassion and empathy over my loss helped me feel much better. She has a very kind and caring manner. The consultation was not rushed at all. "Wow, Mackenzie and this clinic was a breath of fresh air. Everyone I interacted with was kind, friendly and smiling. Wait times were reasonable. Clinic is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. I felt listened to and she was not in a rush during the visit. She asked appropriate questions and really seemed to care about my well-being. I left with the prescription I needed and had blood work done in the clinic which was convenient. I will definitely return."
