"I have personally had surgery here several times over the years and I have always had a good experience. The Nurses & Doctors are excellent in Pre-Op, Surgery and Post Op. The anesthesiologist was very professional and took very good care of me before and after the surgery. They also checked in on me several times after I went home. Overall Awesomeness !!! "I keep receiving bills form this place for services I never received. I have contacted the billing office and sent correspondence asking them to correct their information or provide some documentation that I shows I did receive services. The bills I am receiving only indicate "Balance Forward" with no indicating of what I allegedly received. I have not received and documentation and believe this place runs a SCAM trying extort money from unsuspecting people."

"I can not speak to the quality of medical care at the surgery center, however I had a terrible experience with the administration of this office. Getting in touch with anyone in the office is nearly impossible. You can't reach anyone about financials directly and we have left several messages over the past 6 months without ever receiving a phone call back. I made a payment toward my father's surgery back in August and was promised I would be mailed an itemized receipt that we could use for flexible spending reimbursement. As I mentioned, every time myself or my husband called the office we were unable to get in touch with anyone, leaving several messages without a reply. Finally I decided to drive to the office in December and I was left in the waiting room for 30 minutes while the receptionist went back to another office or somewhere to try and produce my receipt. After the 30 minutes, she came back and said she couldn't produce it due to something being wrong with their system. I then asked if there is anything at all that could list the services my dad received that I could use in conjunction with my credit card receipt and she left me in the waiting room another 45 minutes. She came back and apologized saying that they had a new system and she promised she would take care of it and email my receipt to me. She handed me a card and at this point I was furious but I at least had a name (Jaime) and I could contact her. Sure enough, never received my receipt and I emailed Jaime the very next week to inquire and I have yet to receive a response. The sad part about this establishment is that they were very quick to return my phone call when I was trying to make payment for the surgery, however when it came to something as simple as providing a receipt with services rendered listed it was impossible. I would not recommend this location for services. If your insurance allows, go elsewhere! Terrible customer service."
