"My daughter had problems with drainage of her right ear starting in 2019. She went multiple times to ENT in Abilene TX for the first 6months with them treating her ear with a drop and saying swimmer ear almost every time. After 4 long years, 3 failed surgery’s and a really long story we were sent to Texas Ear clinic and Dr Cristobal performed a surgery on her for a cholesteatoma, he got all the infection and the big cholesteatoma the FIRST time. He said it was very big. I Thank God everyday for DR Cristobal. He is very smart and he knows what he is doing! Thank you DR so very much!!"

"Horrible office management would not recommend. We arrived 30 minutes early and watched multiple patients go ahead of us. After waiting 30 minutes after our scheduled appointment time and seeing multiple patients get seen we left. Never got to see the doctor. My recommendation to the staff here is to bring us back and let us wait in one of the rooms if the doctor is running late."

"I have now visited Dr. Cristobal 5 times, every time I have visited him and his staff are absolutely wonderful to deal with. I have never felt so taken care of by a doctor in my entire time here on earth. I recently had an inspire device placed by Dr. Cristobal. We had a rough time trying to get pain medications through multiple places. Instead of him leaving after multiple surgeries all day, he came and sat with us and placed call after call to multiple pharmacies trying to help us get the much needed pain medications. He even followed up call with the pharmacist direct after he left for the day. Not to mention this surgery wouldn't have happened without his direct help with my insurance. He made this happen for a life changing device for my sleep apnea. Not only all of this but he personally called to check on me after my surgery. This is unheard of now adays. I just wish now that Dr. Cristobal wasn't just an ENT as I would love to be in his care for any issue I ever have. He is a wonderful person and a extremely talented caring doctor.
