"They scheduled me for my 1st virtual appointment to go over my blood work, the day before my appt. they called me and canceled it because they over booked themselves. Made a 2nd appt, just for them to never send me the zoom link. Called to make the 3rd appointment, I still never received a link. Sarah the mgr said they over booked again and that she would call me back with a new appointment. Has not called me back. I've called and called all day long. Pretty sure they are screening my calls and won't pick up. I'm sure they are busy, but this was an important appointment for me. I'm getting the feeling they are giving me the run around. Not happy with my experience so far."

"I had really hoped to receive quality care here and my initial visit was great and I learned quite a bit. But that service stopped there. My pharmacy can never reach anyone for refills, it takes a week or more for me to reach anyone for refills. I was told not to call because of a weird phone system and instead to email requests, but that has yielded the same results. It does not feel like they are invested in my care and don’t seem to care if you go without the meds they say you need."
