"Waited and waited and then we were "shooed" away by the NP, said we should reschedule because she was so far behind, weird vibe in this place, like you are bothering them and keeping them from going to lunch. We went from there to the Nextcare and were treated like human beings. I will never go back to this place.....ever!"

"Nothing but poor attitudes in this place. You go in not feeling good and you expect a little compassion and the person that comes out, Brandy, is cold and it looks at you with disdain because you're there wasting her time, stopping her from being able to play on her phone. I guess I should have looked at the reviews before I decided to schedule an appointment with this location. I must say this has been the worst experience I've ever had at a CVS minute clinic. Save yourself some time and schedule it at a different location."

"I think I reviewed this clinic before but just an update. I tried this clinic again. Big mistake. I would not recommend this clinic. I scheduled a flu shot for my 4 year old son. They did it and accepted my insurance with no problems and were very nice. I scheduled another appointment here to get my 9 year old son his flu shot A WEEK LATER, and they wouldn’t take him cause they wouldn’t take his insurance for vaccines, which is THE EXACT SAME INSURANCE THAT I USED AT THIS PLACE ONLY A WEEK EARLIER. I told them this and all they said that it must’ve been a mistake. I hope someone from the cvs minute clinic is reading this cause I have some advice for you. >Maybe you and everyone who works there should be on the same page on what insurance can and cannot be taken because this is ridiculous and very unprofessional"

"Listen to the reviews and don’t go here! I’ve been coming here when my Dr’s office is closed for the last 10 years. I have been misdiagnosed at my last TWO visits by NP Margaret Edwards. 1st visit she diagnosed me with scabies, saw my Dr later and it was only a stress rash. 2nd visit I complained of mucus pulling in my lungs and a sore throat with a bad cough. She gave me a cough suppressant that tells your brain to stop coughing!!! Imagine the mucus build up in my lungs this morning after not coughing all day. Completely wrong medication prescribed. Do not go here!! Guessing what medication to prescribe a patient, is extremely dangerous. Had I not looked up the medication, I could’ve still been taking the cough suppressant and things could’ve gotten really bad."

"Sent my daughter there and they gave her a covid test she didn't ask for or want charged her 120 dollars just for the covid test visit all together cost her 300 dollars. They took advantage of her and she just had a cold and need a doctors note. She was timid about asking questions about what they were doing and they didn't tell her ahead of time. I well never go there again horrible service way over priced."
