"After reading some reviews here, maybe I’m just very lucky. But. Had a great visit. This was only for annual physical and blood draw. I went with Dr. VAN HONG NGUYEN, She was fast, friendly, courteous. All the staff was very friendly and courteous. I’ve never been in and out in under 30 min. Also Maria the one who did my blood draw, WOW! Didn’t feel anything. She’s a genius. I’ll update this if I encounter any issues. But for my visit. It was pretty dang good!"

"I scheduled an appointment for my Spanish speaking mom and specified that she would be needing translator services for her appointment. They told me over the phone that they would schedule a translator to be available during the appointment. My mom arrived for her appointment and she was told that they did not have a translator scheduled and that she would have to reschedule the appointment if she wanted a virtual translator present. Great customer service over the phone but can’t say the same for the office staff."

"Just wanted to hop on here and counter the last review about Nurse Practitioner Heather Telesko. We just got paired up with her randomly when looking for a doc, and my husband and I have seen her multiple times now, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She listens to us, she makes decisions based on what we are telling her, and is very sweet. I’ve even recommended her to friends! We’ve enjoyed going to this office and will continue. If I’d of read reviews first, I’d of never gone. I’m so glad that I didn’t, because we love it."

"I couldn't figure out how to edit my previous review. I don't really love this office for sick visits. I mentioned in my previous review that I got antibiotics but no one ever told me if I was good to leave. I finally just left after waiting an hour and the front door was locked. The office manager just called to tell me they don't lock the front door and that their were other patients. I agree it's weird that's why I wanted people to know. For regular visits, this office is fine. They ran blood work and everything."

"I don’t think I have ever been more displeased with a doctor than I was yesterday at Baylor on Bluemound. I originally thought I made an appointment with my actual doctor, however, they had me see someone different. That’s not the issue. This particular Doctor, first name, Heather, came in and it felt like I was speaking to a Tasmanian devil. She spoke so fast, didn’t listen to my concerns, I’m entitled to a 15 minute appointment and I’d be surprised if it last more than five. But I know they’ll charge my insurance for a 15 minute appointment. I left that place in tears yesterday. Ive never been to a doctor that made me feel the way this particular lady did. And just for that I’m gonna have to find an entirely new doctor. Which is such a shame because this place was so convenient. I understand doctors get busy so you have to see someone else on occasion. But I’ve been there three maybe four times and every single time I’ve seen someone different. How are you supposed to form a relationship with your doctor, if you don’t see them? Extremely disappointed!!!!!"
