"Very quick to get in contact with you regarding billing however will never call you back even to schedule you in for a check up or when you’re very sick. If you’re looking for care, this is not the case with this “practice”."

"USMD Billing is the worst. Trying to get in contact with anyone has become very stressful. It seems they do not return phone calls, and you cannot talk to anyone. It seems they are fine with screwing over patients and stealing their money. The doctors are fantastic, but the administrative side is terrible."

"Went to an appointment after and gave them paperwork from job for them to fill out. They had my paperwork for 12 days and was never filled out!!!! Called about it 4 times and even went up there!!! On the last day it was due I called again and they said they would have it filled out and sent in!!! Nope they called me a day late and said it’s ready for pick up!!! The lady and staff are very rude there!!! Please for the love of god go someplace else other then here!!!!"

"While visiting Texas, i needed to see a Doctor and googled to see the nearest Hospital. Google result indicated that i was not too far from this particular hospital. I highly regret stepping my feet in this hospital. I had the worst experience of my life. Minimal to none consideration is given to render care and much needed attention to incoming patients. The hospital's main objective is one and one only - to generate bill ...bill and bill - period !. Stay the hell away from this useless private hospital."

"HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION. People need to be able to speak directly to their doctor's office. The service you all use to answer phones doesn't pick up the phone or we are put on LONG holds... messages aren't received. I have been without my diabetes med for several days now. The referral process with this place is awful. They didn't check if my insurance was received where they referred me to, nor attach insurance when sending the referral. Just, I could go on... I will be getting a new doc asap. I like my doc there... just to many other problems!"
