"The hospital is cool. Little slow but I won't hit it too hard for that. Let's just say I hate the fact that there's no food places around the area and the service for cellphones completely sucks. I know the government has enough money to provide free WiFi to veterans"
"I normally detest the entire VA for treatment, but the MRI Department in Fort Worth were actually pleasant, listened, informed and made the experience easy. If there was a negative it was nobody was available to give me a copy of my MRI after that I had requested before I had gotten there, nor have they contacted me with one nearly a week later. Either way, the Fort Worth facility is MUCH better than the dump in Dallas."
"I had surgery on Jan 10, 2024 They can't put referrals in until day after surgery so while I'm trying to recuperate the VA community care doesn't care that your alone and need help. They just sit on he referrals and make your body parts mend without proper care which can cause another surgery. Physical therapy and home health aid is a time essential need. And they give fake phone numbers so you can't get through"
"The worst VA once you pass the volunteers (greet) all the other employees just care about clocking out and not helping the veterans. Do better Fort Worth! From hold times to make an appointment to admin, poor all around and good luck with accountability for change."
"Very nice establishment. I try not to come to the VA often. As I get older I find myself having to come to the VA more. This hospital is nicely organized and very clean. When I come here I'm in and out most times. The staff is very nice at this location. I haven't had any problems with the staff at this location. There is a small food court at this location. I've tried the food and it was pretty good. My doctor at this location is very attentive and often follows up with giving me a phone call or having one of her nurses follow up with me. The vendors and the staff at the location are very professional. Wether its me ordering a walker, cane, knee brace, eye glasses ect. The staff is always on point getting me what I need. The pharmacy process is well organized. It doesn't take long for me to get my medication. Most of my medicines are always in stock. I love that because I get my medication when I need it and it cuts down on wait times. Most of my visits here are plesant."
