"The front desk could really use some training in working with patients. I called over a week ago requested blood work, as my endocrinologist was moving offices. The lady was rude and made it clear that wasn’t an option for Dr. Chen. I explained that I wouldn’t need the doctor to read them, but rather run them. She kept finding excuses that since he didn’t dx me with the thyroid disease, he would have to see me, confirm, then run blood work. Needless to say, we ended they call with her assuring me she would ask the doctor and get back with me. A week later, I’ve yet to receive any communication. I’ve only seen this office once, and I can tell you as a newer patient, my impression hasn’t been good at all. The desk girl was someone who needs to work in a warehouse, far from any customer service. I’m shocked she’s got employment at all."
