"Absolutely terrible. Doctors and staff never on time for an appointment no matter what time of day. At least a 30 min to over an hour wait for your appt. Then wait another 30 min for a doc to come in. No one answers phones. Terrible service. Worst medical I have ever been to."

"A joke of a facility that doesn’t provide adequate healthcare. The pharmacy has gotten medications incorrect and had to open an investigation through congress due to the lack of safety precautions. Now the pharmacy has been processing my medications I requested to have refill since Friday and yet after another two hours waiting still don’t have my meds and I have lapsed which is dangerous. They are understaffed and are not prioritizing patient care or subsidizing care outside if they cannot meet demand. I recommend staying away from them and if you need your medical records they also lose them constantly. Also had a dental appointment and because of the AC not working I cannot get seen in time for my retirement as they don’t have any appointments until July. What a joke, facility can’t operate efficiently and then when situations like these arise all they do is say sorry and don’t adjust appointments they canceled."

"Well, it’s extremely to get someone on the phone. Not to mention how long it will take you to work through the automated nonsense. That said, I thoroughly enjoy my primary care doc. Dr. Larsen is a phenomenal doctor, and I wish I could keep him my whole career. He does an excellent job of explaining things for someone with no medical background."

"My experience is just from the pharmacy but wow, new low for navy medicine. I called and was told they would be able to transfer my prescription. The lady said she would call me back and never did. We drove an hour and a half to find it was ‘closed due to power outage’ even though there were lights in all the windows. When we finally were able to get in, they gave us the runaround and basically told me to do their job for them. I’ve decided I’d rather suffer from my symptoms and try to get into a civilian doctor and pharmacy than go to them again."
