"Forgive me if I spell or get the names wrong but the iud masters Nabadie and Fitch were absolutely amazing for my iud removal which required an ultrasound removal because my strings could not be seen. I highly recommend!! I am so thankful for them."

"I love my providers. I have had no issues with Guillen and Dora Bradford they have always taken care of me in the most caring and respectful manner. Only issue is one day a front desk female possibly by name of Jenny thought she could mistreat me and yelled at me for something that was wrong on her end. Other than that 10 stars for Guillen and Dora Bradford."

"My doctor's staff took about 3 weeks to send my referral to get very important imaging done. I saw my doctor about December 19th of 2023 and the imaging place didn't call me until January 9th of 2024. I asked the imaging place when they received the referral and they stated today (Jan 9th 2024). So I've been waiting about 3 weeks and I'm pretty sure Northside Community Health Center staff ignored and neglected my referral because they were more focused on Christmas and new year holiday events instead of doing their job. I've been suffering from extreme pain and now have to wait even longer for my insurance to okay the imaging because Northside Community Health Center staff took so long to send my imaging order even though they were at work excluding Christmas and new years. I would give it only 1 star but so far I like my doctor and I don't believe she is the reason it wasn't sent. I'm sure it was her staff that handles her order requests."

"Don’t bring your baby here to be seen! If I could give this place a 0, I would! My baby was going here to see a “ pediatrician “ and first off all the ladies at the front desk are rude and every time I needed to schedule an appointment for my son’s shots they’d tell me I have to call the next day to schedule an appointment, like what makes no sense! Every time I’d call the next day I’d get told the same thing. I finally brought it to the doctor’s attention and she told me they aren’t supposed to do that ever since I don’t let them tell me to call the next day to make an appointment. Also my baby had an appointment for his 4 months today they confirmed it was at the north location which that’s where I’ve always brought him, I arrive and they tell me it’s at a different location. My baby was already fussy on the way and now I have to cancel because they couldn’t get their information right and now made me waste my time! Never going back they don’t care, are rude and always mess up everything"

"This place needs to understand, as a medical facility, that not every individual can wear a mask. Even my job in a vet clinic were I am a surgical tech, understands that not everyone can wear a mask. Not to go into it, but I have ptsd from something that that happened 12 years ago that keeps me from having anything over my face. Including glasses. If they had of told me this when I called 3 weeks ago to make my first appointment I would have explained that I have an issue with ptsd that keeps me from being able to do this. As a medical facility that has long wait times for initial new patient appointments needs to reevaluate these types of situations. I have some maybe life threatening issues I’ve been trying to get into a PCP to see about. This place completely wasted my time on that. Luckily my insurance was able to find me another PCP I can see next week. But this all could have been avoided by evaluating my case and circumstances on this matter. Within 30 seconds of trying to go in and just holding the mask over my face I had a huge panic attack. And they still refused to do do anything. I really felt like I was discriminated against on being seen that I was forced to sacrifice my important health issues over me not being able to wear a mask. Even my insurance acknowledged this was an issue. I should not have to fear having an anxiety attack to be seen for more severe medical issues. I see them responding to all the 5* reviews, I would love to see them respond to some of the 1 & 2* reviews."
