"Unfortunately, the level of service has declined over the years and has been replaced by a system that herds as many patients through like cattle as possible. Employees are friendly but you feel like just another number and end up spending more time waiting for the next "step" than you do completing the actual service at each station."

"Had our appointment mid September to get eye glasses for both me and my daughter. Both our eyeglasses are not done yet and it is now mid November and we are still waiting. I called last month to check and apparently the lab lost my daughters order and my glasses was sent back to lab because it was defective. Ive just never been anywhere where it takes this long to order eyeglasses. Update! So its December 20 and finally got both our glasses done. Only took 4 months to get our glasses done. If you go elsewhere, they could do it probably in 3 weeks."

"We would give it zero stats if possible. My wife went in and waited over an hour to be called back. Than waited almost 40 minutes to see the doctor. He took about 5 minutes and she than was placed in waiting to check out for over 30 minutes. She finally had enough and went to the front desk and said I need to check out. All this time not one person explained or even recognized the outrages wait times. Terrible terrible service from everyone."

"I've called 3 times and left messages over the past week to ask if a certain procedure was covered by insurance, or what the cost would be if it wasnt. Each time the front desk said it could only be answered by a technician. Still haven't had a call back. I mean, do you want my business or not?? How hard is this to do?? You're losing money with your poor customer service!!"

"Let me tell you about Cleburne Eye Clinic. Let me start with the restrooms and get that out of the way. You can almost tell the cleanliness of a facility by the cleanliness of the restroom. The restrooms are a 10 with cleanliness and supplies. Moving on...The front desk staff was very professional and courteous in their dealings with patients. The technicians are very thorough and know how to take care of business. My eye doctor was professional and friendly and handsome and informed me of any and all issues dealing with my old eyes. He did frighten me with some of the news but that’s just something I’ll have to take to The Lord in prayer and hope things don’t progress further. Did I mention he was handsome? Also, Ramona is AWESOME!!! You need to ask for her when you go."
