"Thanks to my neighbor for letting know about HOPE, ladies in the front were so friendly and they were very welcoming. The doctor and physician treated me very good and listen to my symptoms and checked me out. I was very satisfied."
"When you don't have insurance it's the place to go. Been a patient here since early 2000's they are always good people"
"Been going to the hope clinic for a few years now. For the most part everyone has always been nice or at least civil. I went this Wednesday for an appointment because I had been having terrible side pain for a few days. The nurse that took my vitals was so hateful I wanted to just leave. She treated me like garbage. I was running a fever, and she was angry because I was and wasn't vaccinated. Even though I had just gotten over covid 3 weeks ago. The doctor sent me to the hospital and ended up having my appendix removed. The doctor was great, the nurse or whatever she was should probably retire or something. I have never been treated so badly by person in the medical field."
"I love how if you are just needing to speak with a Doctor or Nurse Practioner concerning a problem you are having, if the appointments are full for that week, you are out of luck until Monday. I'm in severe pain and can't even speak with someone to possibly get a prescription for pain meds called in to my pharmacy..."
"It takes a while to get in for your first appointment, but despite that whether you can afford to pay the $10-$15 suggested donation or not they always treat you right. I require semi-extensive dental work and have been brought in pretty frequently recently, the dentists and dental assistant are always super nice to me and concerned about my wellbeing."
