"Took our 6 month old puppy to board there, perfectly healthy when dropped off. 3 days later picked up our dog and he had a limp that was not there when I dropped him off. They had no good explanation for how he was injured. Looking at possible several thousand dollar surgery due to damaged joint on left hind leg. Needless to say, I won’t darken their door ever again, awful experience"
