"I am a new patient and my experience was terrible with this office. I made an appointment on Nov 12th for December 7th. Received a text message on Nov 30 to confirm appointment. I did. I contacted office a day before appointment to see why my visit is not showing up on my chart to check-in. I was told it was cancelled. I was apparently called and did not have a voicemail box to leave a message. My voicemail box is working perfectly fine so I am not sure what number was called. I did not even have a missed call from this office. I don't like being called a liar. So I will look for another doctor."
