"My mother likes her MD very much, however it is at times difficult to reach anyone by phone and there are no other contact methods such as message to the doctor, or "mychart". Many times I have called after between 830 and 9am to have my call routed to their after hours answering services. Today I called and the message was to call back after 130 if you don't want to leave a message. It is 1050am. I hope they are able to provide additional communication options in the near future. It would certainly help those of us that are overseeing to our parents care."
"I took my mother today for her first visit with RPMC and she saw Thao. I was very impressed with the care and attention she gave to my mom. My mom felt heard and safe and not ushered in and out in a hurry. The admitting nurse was great, as well as Sarah at the front desk and Kailey, another NP in this practice. I think we have found a great new place for Mom... and look forward to intentional and thorough care in the years ahead!"
"This place has been amazing. Kailey truly cares. She took the time to listen to me, she validated me, and then she helped me. I will be going here for the foreseeable future.. well, until we get a new duty station that is. The staff is amazing here. I searched for months for a doctor's office, I am so glad I ended up with this one! Update: Still love them so much, but the phones are always ringing busy. I love this place too much for it to make me switch, it's just hard to get through."
