"Communication is extremely poor. I started visiting this office simply for the weight loss program as I was given great feedback from my colleagues. As I was in office , I seen that they offered primary care as well and decided to move forward and complete my health screening and testing. Ever since , communication has been by far the worst experience I have received from a drs office. When I call , no one knows nothing. When they transfer me the call get ls disconnected on their end. When you leave a voicemail I get a call days later. Very unsatisfying and disappointing."

"I really love all the people who work here. They are all so friendly yet very professional. That's hard to pull off sometimes. But you really feel well taken care of. It took me almost six months after losing my doctor at Diabetic and Thyroid Clinic and no other doctors were excepting her patients so was left without proper care. My glucose skyrocketed without my medication and no insurance due to my job just dumping all their contract workers leaving them out in the cold last July. So I'm grateful for this clinics wellness care and taking time to know their patients and they got me back on track rather quickly thank goodness. If you want a caring team of people looking out for you, then I recommend this one. Thank you everyone for your caring attitudes. It's very rare these days."
